The Urban Core Expansion: New retail and dining coming to Summerlin West.
Grand Park: Opening this month in Summerlin. This is Summerlin’s biggest park yet with 90 acres of green spaces, sports fields, pickleball courts, playgrounds and more.
A’s MLB Stadium: Construction had broken ground and is under way this year, with the goal of completion by 2028 baseball season.
